Unlocking commercial doors in the globalsphere

According to INSEE French SMEs are failing to capitalise on export opportunities.

In 2006, exports accounted for less than 50% of the turnover of firms which employ fewer than 250 people; the figure for firms with less than 10 employees was a dismal 4%. * Indeed, a survey in 2011 identified several reasons for this miserable performance among SMEs; these include a lack of knowledge of foreign markets, a poor command of the English language, a lack of knowledge of customs and procedures.
